    Rated 1 out of 5 by from not good got hung up, wired power. hoist came down and would not go back up. talk with jet and Dave was fine but played telephone tag for two days. one day stayed up in loft for two hours waiting on call. next day worked with him and then said to send it to a local repair center 2nd day there do not know where this will end
