I have a 1978 mustang 2 and plan on putting a 306 ci into it will i need to change anything up with my car to make both of them fit?

    Asked by: Sjackey
Yes, it will also depend on what engine was in the Mustang II. You will need a new trans crossmember.

I have a 67 chevelle 4 speed, will I have to chop up the tunnel to clear this transmission? (Clean original car, don’t want to butcher floor)

    Asked by: Rpk342
You will only need to get access to the shifter, the transmission is small enough that you shouldn't need to modify the tunnel.

I have a 1970 mustang with a 351C and a toploader 4 speed. what modifications will I need to make this work ( shorten driveshaft, change crossmember etc? ) I also have a console inside, is this a problem?

    Asked by: Eric Seibert
The console should not cause an issue. You would need a new driveshaft, crossmember and bellhousing.
