Keep engine parts clean.
As a mechanic I use and recommend Moble 1 because of its detergent package. Todays motor oils are all adequate dispite the brand, but this oil will keep the moving parts cleaner than than the other brands. If you remove your engines oil cap take a look inside next oil change.

Works well, just as promised
I've used this oil twice now in my 2013 Nissan Sentra. I checked the oil once a week while using it, it was still green as new at 5000 miles. Approaching 10k with it, and it still looks newer than my friends car that has 3k on this oil change. I will continue using mobile 1 annual protection on any vehicle out of warranty.

You get what you pay for
I've been relying on Mobil 1's extended drain capability for over 25 years. Both the Extended Performance 0w20 and Annual Protection 0w20 are among the best 0w20 oils on the market that resist oxidation better than competitor products. What I also like about this product is the lower sulfated ash, which will help keep intake valve deposits cleaner in direct injection engines. Both of the 0w20 grades are also formulated with a good amount of PAO base stock.

We only use Mobil 1
When we buy a new car, I change the Oil to Mobil1 as soon as I get the new car home. Mobil 1 is an amazing product.

Works great and saves time and money.
My wife doesn't drive more than 10,000 miles a year. So I know with my experience Mobil1 oil does exactly what it claims it can do. So 10 months ago I filled her 4runner up with Annual Protection. Her birthday is early June so I said ok, I will just change it on her Birthday and thats 1 year. So far the oil consumption is none as expected and it looks great and it has stayed clean. It is doing what it was designed to do and you cannot ask for more than that. Very pleased. Personally I drive about 50 to 60 thousand miles a year, I have put over 250,000 miles on my own trucks and never added oil between changes. My last Tacoma had over 300,000 and still ran great when I sold it. Mobil1 user since 1990, there is no other oil I trust. None.

Love Mobil 1
I own a 2014 Chevy Silverado,& am currently using this oil,& have 16,000 miles on it,without an issue. Oil color is good, & love the protection I’m getting from the oil.

Best API Certified oil on the market, PERIOD!
Mobil 1 Annual Protection is an excellent oil for any vehicle in my professional opinion. I've been working on cars for 31 years and only use Mobil 1 products. Over 800,000 miles in 5 vehicles and never seen or experienced any engine oil related failure using Mobil 1 products. Engine was always very clean inside when changing gaskets, etc... All engines burn oil folks, it's a fact! All chemicals have some evaporation loss with age, heat and stress. Just check your oil once a week when you fill up at the station. Stop reading negative reviews. Mobil put a lot of effort testing and manufacturing this oil to perform at the peak of the charts consistently. You won't find better. Mobil also doesn't mention competitor oil companies oil performance in comparison like Company A and V who try to state their oils outperform Mobil 1. Mobil 1 Team are very very meticulous about their products. Mobil 1 doesn't need to compare their products with other oil companies to prove their quality. That's one thing that caught my attention years ago and I stay with Mobil 1. Company A compares their oil to Mobil 1 on the internet but the oil they are using to compare is not API certified, Mobil 1 is certified! Have to pay attention folks. Which oil do you want to use? Non API certified oil will clog your emission system and not be covered under warranty! This API certified oil is designed to maintain consistency and excellent performance over extended time unlike cheaper oils. That's what keeps the engine running like new and reduces wear. Folks writing negative reviews don't understand this.
Trust me, if something fails, it won't be because of Mobil 1 oil as long as you practice good oil and filter change intervals set by your car manufacture. Don't read into the negative reviews, this oil is top notch. People neglect their cars and tend to blame the oil company. A hole in an air filter or engine gasket leak will allow debris to enter the engine, cause engine wear and clog the oil filter.
You want your engine to last a long time? Then use the best API certified oil you can get your hands on and follow the drain interval set by your car manufacture and your car will probably rot apart before the engine fails. it's not all about the oil, have to keep that engine sealed up too to prevent dirt and dust from entering the engine which contaminates the oil. Contamination causes wear, very fast.
Annual Protection is a "Stay in grade oil" that provides the best possible performance in any climate, extreme heat (turbo chargers, direct injection, high performance factory cars), and the best oil you can put into your car. I wouldn't recommend this oil for an engine that has been neglected with oil leaks everywhere, save your money, use a cheaper oil and change the oil more frequently.
$10 more for extreme protection, how could you go wrong? You get what you pay for! Ya, it's expensive but, way cheaper than an engine!

Oil you can trust!
I have used numerous oil over the years. I own a 2014 Subaru Outback and it takes 0w-20. This Subaru gets pushed very hard on the weekends as I enjoy to explore mountain roads. I needed an oil that lasts and can handle the heat. I have personally found that Mobile 1 stays cleaner longer and seems to keep my motor running very smooth. The Mobile 1 20,000 mile oil filter pairs great with the oil. I highly recommend Mobile 1 to everyone wanting a reliable oil that can handle it all.
