  • Crank trigger sensor comes with a common plug style to easily hook to any popular ignition box with no modifications

    Precise mounting method locates the crank trigger wheel directly over the raised register machined into the damper, keeping the wheel perfectly aligned and concentric as it rotates. Concentric rotation of the trigger wheel maintains a constant air gap between the rotating magnets and the fixed transducer, providing consistent output voltage for accurate triggering. Crank trigger wheel and transducer mounting bracket are CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum for unmatched precision, and blue anodized for corrosion resistance. Transducer mounting bracket offers 20% more timing adjustment range over other brands; mounts to either driver- or passenger-side; transducer capable of withstanding 80g of vibration to ensure integrity of potting compound and internal wire connection; built-in strain relief prevents wire from pulling out of potting compound; and superior-quality "weatherpack" double-cavity nylon connector ensures tight, moisture-free connection. Powerful rare-earth cobalt magnets remain stronger over time. Dyno testing shows that Moroso's unique magnet orientation offers a stronger and more consistent trigger signal compared to other designs. Includes Grade 8 allen-head mounting hardware for easier timing adjustments.
