Quick Fastener Mounting Brackets
This quick release design fastener has been the standard for all sorts of race cars, street machines and even aircraft for years. These fasteners are used to securely attach body panels, hood scoops, firewalls & interior components to the chassis and also make removing these panels for access to the engine, transmission and chassis very quick and easy.
Each self-ejecting fastener is assembled with a spring that not only provides tension for quick, easy release it also holds the button captive so it can't be dropped or misplaced.
Quick Fasteners are a necessity for quick pit work in drag racing, oval track and off-road.
#5 fasteners have a 5/8'' diameter button head.
#6 fasteners have a 3/4'' diameter button head.
