Does this come with the battery and charger?
Hello, I am interested in purchasing you 3/8 inch battery’s powered Im pack wrench. Do you know how many pounds of torque it does/ Want to use it on my truck and trailer wheel lug nuts an I don’t need it to sheer off the nuts with too much torque.
