    Can this product Part Number: 122-R131-250 Be used without notching the frame. And is the panhard bar that is bolted on the left rear at the top, is it bolted to the frame or is it one bracket for each side that is bolted to the frame.

    No, Qa1 122-R131-250 you must notch the frame. The pan hard is bolted to a bracket, if you look at the instructions tab under the part on the web page it outlines the c notching and has additional images.
