Rated 1 out of 5 by from SP tools jump pack This is my second unit of the sp tools. First one had issues and almost cought on fire. Got replacement and the 2nd one doesn’t even hold a good charge or always dies from power switch not working properly. Only used 2 times on new unit. Hoping for refund from jegs. Shows full power but doesn’t start lawn mower.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burn out after used five times..... I bought this item on January 26, 2021, and during the year, I have used it just a few times. On February 02/2023 tried to jump-start my car, and after connecting it, the jumper just burned out with a lot of smoke coming out from it. When I tried to contact customer service, they just told me that the 1-year warranty just expire a few days ago and they can not do anything about it.
