Single Inlet Plenum
Spectre Air Intake Kits are available for a number of applications and are designed to fit your classic muscle car. Manufactured from high quality polished aluminum, the plenum fits carburetors and TBI throttle bodies with a 5-1/8 inch inlet. The plenum attaches to the 4 inch outside diameter aluminum air intake tube. The tube is Spectre part 97990 which makes a 90 degree bend with a 6 inch leg and it can be installed in either direction giving you multiple options for an air filter to be positioned with your engine bay. The air filter is not included but the air intake tube can accommodate any clamp-on air filter that fits a 4 inch outside diameter tube. Always check for proper clearance between the neck of the carburetor/TBI and the bottom of the hood before closing the hood. 2 worm gear clamps and a coupler are included to complete installation.
