Build your dream engine The next level of performance is these aluminum Chevy Big blocks. Block is ready for the street racer or all out racer with added strength and cubic inches. All the factory flaws redesigned to eliminate all problems, still using the original water jacket design. Blocks are cast from highest quality aluminum with extra-thick cylinder sleeves and decks. The blocks webs are stronger and fitted with billet steel 4-bolt billet main caps. Ideal for sprint cars, modifieds, late model stock cars, dragsters, unlimited open competition classes, supercharged, turbocharged and nitrous applications! Features Include: Ductile iron sleeves and extra thick cylinder walls & decks, 4 bolt splayed mains, enlarged bosses for offset or oversize lifters and scalloped water jacket holes for improved cooling. Siamesed cylinders, dual starter mount bolt patterns for additional starter clearance. Front and rear external oil inlets, crossover and restrictor provisions to simplify plumbing with external pump. Screw in freeze plugs.
