HAS1723 - Total Seal Piston Ring Expander is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple tool, does the job, works fine. Inexpensively made but is fully sufficient for the task. Without this tool you can install rings by hand but this tool makes it much easier, and are less likely to break a ring. The more expensive and fancier tools are not worth the price, when this is all that is needed.
