Do you want low range gears in your Samurai's transfer case, but you don;t have the time or the tools to completely rebuild it? Let Trail Gear install their Samurai 6.5 Transfer Case Gear Set into your 1986 to 1995 Suzuki Samurai transfer case.
Trail Gear will completely dissemble your transfer case, then clean and scrub everything. Trail Gear will then clearance the housing as needed and install the Samurai 6.5 Transfer Case Gear Set. All new bearings and seals are installed, and the stock front output gear is upgraded to the later, heavy duty version to prevent front end slipping. A new shifter seat is installed for smooth shifting.
To send in your case for rebuildingDrain all the oil out of the transfer case and remove the shift handle.
Wrap the case with rags or a towel to absorb any residual oil.
Cover the transfer case with at least 1" of bubble wrap.
Place the wrapped transfer case in to a box.
