    Manufacturer's Part Number:

Trail Gear presents the Bomb Proof transfer case mount. Rock crawling is a great pastime, and anyone who has done it know that the pros all run dual transfer cases, but that can come at the price of seriously reduced t-case mount life. All the joy that rock crawling through the back country can bring us will come to an end in a hurry when a transfer case mount breaks. The Bomb Proof t-case mount from Trail Gear provides a super solid mounting option that is so durable, we will have flying cars before it breaks. The 1/4" steel plate construction is jig welded to ensure the most precise and most durable welds go into every single t-case mount. The steel is zinc plated to provide rust and corrosion resistance for the lifetime of the vehicle. Instead of using rubber like a lot of other t-case mounts, the Bomb Proof mount utilizes polyurethane bushings to help prevent deflection under load. These t-case mounts from Trail Gear can be used as a stock replacement on 4 cylinder models from 1982 to 1995, or with dual case crossmembers from Trail Gear (or others) on Toyota's from 1979 to 1995.

Note: These t-case mounts will cause more vibration than OEM rubber t-case mounts.

  • Stamped out of 1/4" thick steel plate, and then welded on a jig to ensure the best fit possible
  • Coated with zinc for a finish that will last a lifetime
  • The bushings are polyurethane for long lasting performance and durability

  • If I am running dual cases do I need 2 of these

    Asked by: Kendel
Yes, you will need 2 of these for a dual case application.
