The hammerhead-style transfer tank is engineered to be the universal transfer tank for all full-size trucks. It features a unique narrowed base that fits between the wheel wells in the truck bed, even on short-bed pickup trucks (verify fitment using the product dimensions). This innovative L-shaped transfer tank is ideal for safely and effectively transporting diesel and other non-flammable liquids. It is constructed with heavy-duty .125 in. thick aluminum alloy and has a durable gloss black powder coat finish. The hammerhead-style transfer tank is also equipped with a lockable, vented cap that allows for easy filling and provides extra security when your truck is left unattended. It comes with internal baffles to promote a smooth flow of liquids and to help prevent sloshing. Finally, to easily drain the tank whenever necessary, a drain plug is integrated into the base. NOTE: Will not fit short-bed trucks with a gooseneck hitch installed (75-gallon transfer tank recommended).
