BD Performance Dodge ''Pulse'' Exhaust Manifolds

BD's 3-piece Pulse Manifolds for the 1988-2002 Dodge 5.9L Diesels are cast unlike others. BD uses a high silicone ductile iron which can withstand extremely high temperatures, and the weight of large single or twin turbochargers. The two expansion joints allow the manifolds to grow and still maintain a perfect exhaust gas seal. They are pre asembled and coated with a high temperature cast coating, 2 ports are predrilled for pressure and temperature.

These manifolds are ''Pulse'' tuned to assist in combustion chamber evacuation and higher exhaust flow. This results in quicker turbocharger spool up with a decreased amount of backpressure while increasing power and fuel economy. Some kits also include Stainless Steel bolts and washers which help resolve the issue of lost or loose manifold bolts. Gaskets kits are available.
