Flowmaster offers two collector types in the Scavenger Series: C-Collectors and Y-Collectors. They both have large D-shaped ports that create more surface area to help pull exhaust pulses from the opposing connected cylinders; this results in a cleaner burn for incoming fuel and air to broaden the torque curve and add power. C-Collectors replace conventional header collectors, and Y-Collectors are designed to maximize 2-into-1 single exhaust systems. Collectors are made of aluminized 16-gauge steel.
