Cast from 356-T6 aluminum, these cylinder heads from Ford Racing are the perfect solution for bolt on horse power! Weighing in at approximately 22lbs (half the weight of cast iron heads!), these cylinder heads are available in three styles, "X-Head", "Z-Head" and "Z2-Head".

X-Head Cylinder Head
"X-Head" cylinder heads are designed for the 289, 302 or 351 Windsor-style engines. These "X-Head" heads use GT-40 performance intake manifolds, and feature high temperature exhaust valve seats with bronze guides. For 289 and 302 block applications, you must use head bolt kit M-6065-D289 or the bolt and gasket kit M-6051-D50 to ensure proper installation.

Z-Head Cylinder Head
"Z-Head" cylinder heads are designed for the 302 or 351 Windsor-style engines. Cast with high-flow ports and 20 degree inline valves, these heads feature steel alloy intake and exhaust valve seats with bronze valve guides (on assembled models). These "Z-Head" cylinder heads require M-6564-F351 or M-6564-G351C roller rocker arms with .150" offset intake pushrod cup.

Z2-Head Cylinder Head
The "Z2 Head" aluminum small block Ford cylinder head features an advanced "Velocity Vane" intake port design that delivers outstanding street/strip power. Developed with the aid of advanced computer aided Engineering simulation tools, the unique "Velocity Vane" intake port design improves power throughout the RPM range. This high performance aluminum cylinder head is a direct bolt on for Ford 289/302/351W engines and retains OEM exhaust, intake, rocker arm and accessory mounting locations.
