MSD Super HEI ignition kit allows you to remove the low-powered HEI coil and replace it with a 6AL ignition (with Soft Touch Rev Control to protect your engine from overrevving), and Blaster SS high output coil. The results are more power, an increased rpm range, easier starting, and better mileage and performance. The Super HEI conversion fits all GM V8 engines with the GM HEI internal coil distributor. The complete Super HEI kit includes an MSD 6AL ignition, Blaster SS coil, coil wire, and HEI dust cover.
