OER Top Secret is a complete system for the care of canvas or vinyl tops. It consists of a heavy-duty cleaner that removes the toughest soils and stains without harming automotive finishes. The canvas kit includes a top cleaner and an exclusive canvas UV protectant to repel water and stains. Included in the vinyl kit is a vinyl UV protectant (100% dry-to-the-touch formula that lasts weeks, not days) and applicator.
