JEGS, a leading multi-channel merchant of high-performance auto parts, is currently seeking Mail Order Technical Sales Associates.  Whether you have already gained some experience in the world of High Performance, or you just have an interest and are looking for a place to start, JEGS offers a tremendous opportunity to get into the field.  If the High Performance field excites and inspires you…if your hobbies are automotive and performance related…if you enjoy interacting with fellow enthusiasts… then JEGS could be the place for you!

Responsibilities:
Advising and assisting JEGS customers with their high performance needs over the phone at our brand-new call center above our 11th Avenue retail store.  Whether a customer is having trouble with the installation of a previously purchased product or they are looking for advice on a purchase for their latest automotive project, our Sales Associates are able to share their knowledge and passion every day with people all over the world.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will possess either entry-level or solid automotive knowledge, outstanding communication skills, previous telephone experience, and will have experience with a computer including using multiple screens at a time.

Schedule:
Full-time hours are available between 1pm and midnight, and will include one weekend day.

All candidates must pass an automotive knowledge assessment, a pre-employment drug test and a background check prior to hire.
