Air Lift

Air Lift Company has been developing air spring suspension products for more than 50 years. The original product, a rubber air spring inserted into a car's factory coil spring, was developed and patented in 1950. Air Lift products can be engineered to fit almost any coil or leaf spring suspension. Air Lift has applications developed for passenger cars, light trucks, motorhomes, race cars, street rods, military vehicles and specialty vehicles of all types. Air Lift suspension kits are an easy way to lower or raise your vehicle and maintain or increase the performance of your suspension system. Air Lift customers use suspension products to increase payload, lift 4x4 trucks up and drop any number of vehicles down as low as you want to go!

Air Lift Suspension Information

Back in the 50's, Air Lift built rubber air springs that fit inside of a traditional coil spring. That evolved into development of an air spring for NASCAR soon after. Through the 60's, sleeve style springs were developed and added onto pickup trucks. The 70's and 80's saw the advancement of the air ride technology to install helper springs on motorhomes and other heavy vehicles. At about the same time, hot rodders started using air suspension products on their cars to get them lower and to improve performance.

The Air Lift company has 3 distinct groups. Load Support is the utilitarian add-on suspension parts to help trucks and other vehicles with payload and handling. Easy Street provides performance oriented air ride suspension products for many popular cars, trucks and other vehicles. They also offer kits that can be used by a fabricator to install on hot rod and other suspensions. Lastly, Engineered Solutions focuses on custom applications of Air Lift suspension components.

Easy Street kits are available for most popular applications. Depending on the kit you choose, you can customize your ride and ride height for the street, car show and the track. Plus, you can adjust spring rate by flipping a switch. That will let you drive a little higher on the street to avoid rubbing the ground, give you some proper stance to win car shows and help you cut some time off those laps at the track. No coil over system can provide the options that Air Lift kits can offer.
