Advance Adapters 50-5802 Features:
- The Ford T-18 4 speed manual adapter to the Toyota Truck gear driven transfer case is 3.50 in.. The adapter material is 356 T-6 heat treated aluminum alloy. Our adapter kit will include a adapter housing, new T-18 output shaft, 27x23 coupler, nylon bushing, cover plate, gaskets o-ring, seal, fastening hardware and adapter instructions.
- Transfer Case
- The adapter assembly fits the Toyota Truck 23 spline gear driven transfer cases. This transfer case has a male 23 spline input shaft and can also be identified by 7 bolts attaching the tailhousing to the transfer case.
- Transmission
- This kit is designed for exclusive use with the Ford T-18. The Ford version of the T-18 was used from 1967 until 1984 model years and was used in 2wd & 4wd truck applications. It's a heavy duty 4 speed with a cast iron case and top cover. The case length is 11.187 in. and on the driver's side of the case will be casting number of T-18 or 13-01 with a PTO cover plate found on the passenger side and/or driver's side. 2nd through 4th gears are synchronized with 1st and reverse gears non- synchronized.
