Notes:

Shorty design for maximum ground clearance.
Fits D-Port cylinder heads including ZZ4 crate engines.
Will not fit Saginaw close ratio with 825 power steering box.
Does not fit 67-69 Camaro with A/C.
Will fit most angle plug heads including factoy Chevrolet ''Bow-Tie'' heads.
Requires removal or modification of locking steering columns if equipped.
Installation requires left side A/C bracket part number 776-H7608. 1979 and later vehicles with short compressors can use the stock bracket.
Must use non-shell style motor mounts

Every Doug's Header is tuned with the proper tube size and length to efficiently remove exhaust gasses from each cylinder. headers feature 3/8'' flanges and 16-gauge tubing on passenger car applications. They include all necessary mounting hardware, collector reducers or connection pipes, premium gaskets and detailed instructions. Headers are available in either a Metallic Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating or a uncoated raw finish. The Metallic Ceramic Thermal Barrier Coating will withstand up to 1400 degree temperatures! This coating is polished which increases corrosion resistance over 60%!
