  • Front differential pinion is above centerline of axle.
  • Dual kit runs down right hand side between frame and drive shaft.
  • This dual exhaust system was designed to be used with Hooker Competition Headers - 520-6902. If the dual exhaust is being installed with any other headers modifications will be required. Hooker will not assume responsibility for fit or performance.
  • All systems come without mufflers. Hooker recommends using the following mufflers with a 2.25" offset inlet/center outlet configuration:
    Aero Chamber - 520-21501
    Maximum Flow - 520-21601
    Competition Turbo - 520-21005

    Hooker Headers Competition Dual Exhaust Kits are designed to fit specific applications using Hooker Competition Headers or stock exhaust manifolds. They have 2.25" diameter 16-gauge aluminized steel tubing that's mandrel bent to maintain a consistent inside diameter for maximum flow (press bending crushes the pipe, which can reduce volume by more than 10%).

  • The original equipment tailpipe exit location is retained on most systems unless otherwise noted below in More Info
  • For racing use only (not legal for use on vehicles originally equipped with catalytic converters)
  • Except the universal kit, systems do not include mufflers. Hooker recommends using Aero Chamber, Maximum Flow, or Competition Turbo mufflers with a 2.25" offset inlet/center outlet configuration.

    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expect a long day or 2 to install I was very disappointed with this kit. Instructions are very poor. No pictures, 1 drawing that by no means represents an actual vehicle. No idea how to actually use the hangers it came with. It is universal for Broncos and trucks and for a Bronco you don't use 30% of the kit. Components are good, however to make it fit my vehicle a 78 Bronco I had to spend about 10 hours cutting and welding it to make it work. I specifically order the Hooker headers recommended to use with this kit for an exact fit yet just to go from the headers past the transfer case (1st set of pipes) I had to cut, shorten weld, and change angles.....

    Rated 4 out of 5 by from very complete set. everything required. Very complete set, everything needed to install, worked perfect, I hope the tubes last awhile before they rust out. Also impressed by free delivery in my driveway in 2 days.
