    Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice design Install was tough, not JBA's fault just a Ford thing... Order new studs and nuts, not supplied. Flange bolts and 4 special bolts and gaskets supplied by JBA. Overall nice product.... Not much felt difference in HP even with a C.A.I. installed at the same time, hopefully a tuner will help out. Replacement of cracked factory manifold was the inspiration to go to the headers. Stealership wanted $1200 for one side replacement of stock manifold only... so for the cost of the headers and a long weekend I got a much better setup. Also hoping the titanium ceramic coating will keep under hood temps down to help the Cold Air Intake work better...

    Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not exactly bolt on ready These headers were supposed to be a direct bolt on for my 04 F-150 5.4 but the trans tube on the passenger side is in the way and the oil dipstick is in the way on the driver side. If you're not willing to cut the header flange to get around the oil dipstick (or remove it and the pan) and attempt to relocate the trans dipstick, then you should avoid it. JEGS wasn't any help over the phone; I got the typical, "Well I've never heard of that before." kind on answer and was told to call JBA directly. I managed to get them on with modifications but if I could do it all over again I would go a different route. The headers themselves look pretty well made and I'm hoping they last.
