Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT OIL PAN I BOUGHT THIS OIL PAN BECAUSE IT WAS ALOT CHEAPER. BUT, ON A $20,000 MOTOR CHEAPER MAY NOT ALWAYS BE THE WAY TO GO. BUT, JEGS WILL ALWAYS LET YOU RETURN AN ITEM. THE QUALTY OF THIS OIL PAN IS UNBELIEVABLE. ALL OF THE WELDING IS AWESOME, YOU COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER FIT, ALL HOLES ARE RIGHT WERE THEY NEED TO BE. WHEN I LAUNCH THE CAR, WHEELS UP IN THE AIR, THE OIL PRESSURE NEVER DROPS, THE OIL NEVER RUNS AWAY FROM THE PICKUP BECAUSE OF THE SUMP CONSTRUCTION, THE BAFFLE IS AWESOME. IF YOU NEED A GREAT QUALITY OIL PAN, AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE, YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH THIS OIL PAN. THANKS.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from oil pan I bought this oil pan a month ago and installed it on the work bench taking every step to make sure every went together all the correct bolts and seal was applied to pan and block, I could not check it for leaks until it was installed in car after three weeks of putting it together and starting the motor I found numerous leaks in and around the pan. I am really discussed with this I am having to take the car to the shop and having to pull the motor out again. will know more when I get it pulled out this motor is a small block chevy Motown block . also I may have to purchase another pan to finish this project.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality rear seal I bought this to fit on my 1972 small block stroker. I did not realize how distorted the rear main seal area was before I tried to install it with a one piece fell pro gasket. No, it leaked badly. I had to drain the oil, pull the pan off again and clean the pan, gasket, and block to apply permatex to the affected area. I reinstalled and will wait overnight before filling with oil, starting and checking to see if my extra work with the permatex will seal correctly. Very poor quality.
