JEGS Ignition Coils are wound with 100% pure copper wire, high temp enamel insulation and optimal turns ratio for high output and low resistive losses. The laminations are constructed with high permeability ferrous silicon alloy for maximum energy output and are epoxy impregnated under vacuum for maximum dielectric strength and thermal conductivity. Our special blend of epoxy withstands the rigors of vibration, extreme heat and high temperatures, as well as thermal shock encountered during operation. Designed as a bolt on replacement for the J-Tec computer controlled ignition on 1990-97 Dodge/Jeep Trucks with the Magnum engine. Can be used on 1998-Up Dodge/Jeep Trucks with J-Tec ignition, Magnum engine and the factory grey Yazaki harness connector with the purchase of 110-140021AH adapter (sold separately.
