Would this work on a 86 sbc 350/5.7? Looking to do a vortec head swap and this would be the parts I need if it would be compatible.

It says up to 575 lift flat tappet camshaft. What size cam would be best for a .30 over 350 ? It will be used for a oval dirt track race engine.
What's size cam is recommended?
I also have an ‘88, mine is tbi. Will this work with my existing tbi setup? Will an adapter plate be needed?
