- Fitment includes all 1970 and some late-1969 428 Cobra Jet Mustangs, Cougars and Fairlanes.
- The manifold in late-1969 Ford models requires a different H-pipe than early version (eliminating the passenger-side spacer).
- 1970 Ford Shelbys had an early 1969 design and may use the early-1969 version exhaust manifolds with a spacer.
