[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this 2 Ton Aluminum Service Jack a week ago and it's already proved to be very useful. The length of the handle is great and it raises and lowers effortlessly. You can have it raised to it's full 20" height quicker than a bottle jack or the standard jack that comes with your vehicle. It is a little heavy at 50lbs (66lbs shipped according to the freight companies paperwork) but once you have it out of the box you shouldn't have to lift it often. It rides great on flat surfaces; uneven surfaces or older driveways like mine may take a little more time to get it positioned where you want but it still rolls pretty well over the bumps. A word of advice, if you don't want grease all over your hand wear gloves when you remove the wire holding the yoke assembly down, it takes a little bit of force to get it out and there is a decent amount of grease in the hole.
It's a great jack that should last me years.

Perfect All Around Shop Jack, Built to Last!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Jack has worked flawlessly around the shop. It is light weight, low profile, and built to last. The return springs are heavy duty. Handle give you precise and smooth lowering. Around the shop the jack rolls very smoothly even over dirt and other debris. Handles on both sides for carrying jack. Jack goes up very quickly compared to a standard jack. Would recommend to any tech.

Very Pleased Once again, Outstanding Floor Jack!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While I don't want to turn this review into full on comparison of the Sunex 3 Ton Aluminum Floor Jack, I feel it necessary for those who are trying to decide between the Sunex 2 Ton or 3 Ton Aluminum Floor Jacks to provide advice, then I will hone in on why you would want to consider the 2 Ton version. If you are working on cars/trucks especially more than just a few times a month, strongly consider the 3 Ton version. It does weigh a bit more but you will appreciate it greatly when it comes to its sturdiness, girth and overall build. However, if you need a lighter duty floor jack for compact cars and light tucks, something that is very mobile and not too heavy to lift or wheel around the Sunex 2 Ton 6602ASJ is definitely for you! There are plenty of aluminum floor jacks out there to choose from, so why consider the Sunex model? For one, attention to detail...Sunex takes great care not only in how they package and ship their floor jacks but also that they come fully loaded with complete instruction manuals, exploded parts views as well as describing how to bleed the air from them just in case. Their warranty registration card enclosed is also reassuring that they stand behind their products, the majority of the Jack is made of thick anodized aluminum high quality steel and robust parts. The handle with the neoprene grip is very comfortable and held in very securely with a quick twist of the locking knob so you can wheel the Jack everywhere without worrying if the jack handle will pop out and is even easier to remove said piece for when its time to store it away. This weekend I had a chance to use the Sunex 2 Ton 6602ASJ on two medium sized cars to drop the rear crossmember on lexus es300 and the replacement of the rear caliper on a Hyundai Sonata and the Jack worked flawlessly. You will adore the Rapid Pump feature and how quickly the jack saddle raises to meet the chassis of the vehicle and only a few more pumps until you have the vehicle off the ground and ready to work! Again, the Sunex line of Aluminum floor jacks are an absolute delight to use and after owning my 3 Ton version already for now over 5 years of constant abuse I no longer doubt its reliability. When it comes to lifting heavy objects in order to work on them, isn't that's what most important, reliability and ease of use? The only slight pet peeve that I have with this model is that some of the linkage pieces connected to the lifting arm while quite secured and strong, do tend to have excessive play or movement. This only means that you may hear these pieces shifting and moving while you are wheeling the jack around but in no way affects the operation nor the safety and reliability of the Floor Jack. I've said it before and will repeat it again, Sunex is carving its place out on the Professional Grade of Automotive Tools and Equipment Market with better and better quality and attention to details. The Sunex 2 Ton 6602ASJ is not only a pleasure to use but resembles a work of Aluminum Art you will be sure to get many compliments on.

Superb jack!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This jack is top notch. It’s well packaged and super easy to setup. It glides effortlessly across the floor and is very easy to maneuver. It’s got a very low profile to fit under any car and will raise tall enough to lift a full size truck. The dual piston pump takes minimal pumps to contact the load and in low clearance applications, the dual pistons help lift faster with limited strokes. A very nice touch is the lower portion of the handle is padded to eliminate marring of the paint if contact with the vehicle occurs. Also the paint is very well done and displays a professional appearance with the contrasting colors. Another great feature is the handles attached to both sides ok the body. This makes it easier to pull it in either direction, especially in cramped areas. This jack far surpasses any of its competitors in not only price but features too. Go ahead and give one a try, I’m willing bet you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Once again, thank you Sunex Tools for making superior professional tools at an affordable price.

Lightweight, Confidence Inspiring, and Fast!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When the package was delivered, the first thing I did was move my two older steel jacks out of the way to make room for this one. The first thing I noticed was how incredibly LIGHT the box was compared to those jacks. Setting this up was very easy. The handle is held into the jack with a simple thumbscrew, and the two sections of handle are just held together with a simple push/snap button. This compliments the handles on the body of the jack very well, as my first impression on the functionality of this jack was that it would be very portable. I wouldn't hesitate to grab this first if I needed to throw it in the back of the car and take it somewhere.
The second thing I noticed was how good this thing looks! The anodizing and finish look very professional. The construction appears to be very, very solid. I think this is a case of "you get what you pay for" compared to lower budget products. Compared to my very old steel jack and my newer steel 3 ton "economy" jack, this one makes me feel much safer. I definitely have more confidence in it (although I'm still careful to follow safe lifting procedures). The next time I'm in the market for another jack - granted this holds up, which I expect it will - I will most likely look to Sunex FIRST.
Finally, this jack is very easy to use. It's easy to move to the work. It's easy to orient and get set up. When you're laying on the ground trying to position the jack, it's extremely easy to manipulate due to the light weight and the handles on the sides. In fact, I feel spoiled with this compared to the heavy steel jacks that I am used to. It is also FAST. You don't have to pump this a million times just to get it up to the frame. One swing of the handle does a lot, and it's easy to lift even with a load thanks to the long handle.
I expect this product to provide me with many years of service. It will be my preference for any kind of work where I don't have/can't use an automotive lift. Would buy another!
