    Does this kit eliminate the need for the tv cable? I read the instructions and see where it modifies the pressure valve but it does not state if the cable is needed still. Being a manual valve body I assume that the cable is no longer needed.

    The TCI 890-376015 valve body does not use a TV cable.

    Does any thing need to be added to this manual valve body to make torque convertor lockup in only overdrive? Thanks Dale
