Blueprint Small Block Chevy Engines are a great choice for drivable and reliable high performance engines. All rotating assemblies are balanced within 2 grams on a computerized balancer. Blueprint Engines are dyno tested and include dyno sheets. Best of all they feature a 30 month/50,000 mile warranty.

  • Base Engine Assembly - Basic Blueprint Engine with intake manifold and valve covers
  • Dress Engine Assembly - Complete engine including induction, ignition, fuel pump and other accessories

    Block:

  • 4-bolt main block
  • Passenger side dipstick
  • Square and parallel decked
  • Align honed main bearing bore
  • Cylinders are sonic tested for thickness
  • Cylinders honed on a computer controlled machine to within .0002'' straightness and roundness

    Rotating Assembly:

  • SCAT 3.48'' stroke cast iron crankshaft
  • Chevy 5.7'' heavy beam rods with 150,000psi bolts
  • Keith Black hypereutectic pistons
  • Hastings Moly rings
  • Clevite bearings
  • Internally balanced rotating assembly
  • Melling high volume oil pump
  • Heavy duty double roller timing set

    Cylinder Heads:

  • GM Vortec cast iron heads
  • Hardened retainers and 1.25'' diameter valve springs
