Will this work with an Msd 6a along with an autometer 6851 pro comp tach?

Will this work an a 86 Mazda 13B rotary with electronic ignition and dual coils?

Yes, you should be able to connect this to the tach output of the ignition. It will depend on the type and brand of ignition.
