Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Product Installed this a couple weeks ago and am very happy with the product. This is the second radiator I've bought from Champion. They are very well constructed. Had to trim a bit of the factory bushings as it was just a hair bigger than the original but cools really well. Ordered from Jeg's on Monday and received it on Wednesday. Highly recommend both Jeg's and Champion.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from direct replacment except Great product I only had two issues when I got the rad in the mail a few of the fins were bent but not to much to the point you can't use a 5 dollar radiator comb from Harbor freight. Second issue is putting it in you have to cut your rubber boots a bit. I didn't cut them completely off because I still wanted something for it to rub against. Anothing thing to make sure you do is close the drain valve the come to you open. This product I would highly recommend my car used to run on the hot side just above 220 now I'm lucky to make it to 220 it normally sits perfectly at 175 now. Great product for the daily driver who gets some street action .

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Almost perfect Had to do a little modification to upper fan shroud to get it to fit. Not happy with the bottom drain valve. The "T" part of the valve broke. Fortunately it broke in the closed position so now when I drain the radiator I will have to remove the entire plug, Not a big deal but it should not have happened to a new valve. Cools really good though.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not a direct fit I purchased for a 1989 Trans AM GTA. If you’re looking for a direct bolt in with no modifications this isn’t it. I set it in place, realized it wouldn’t fit without a lot of mods so I put it back in the box and sent it back. If you don’t mind modifying the bottom isolators, top isolators, and the top bracket then it might be a good choice.

Does it come with a fan or it’s just a radiator only ?

    Asked by: Gregg8957
This is the radiator only, there are kits available with the shroud and fan.

Is the protruding bung near filler cap meant for a temp sender? If so, what size threads?

    Asked by: Coleslaw
This would be a fitting for a temperature sending unit or a fan switch.
