- Special spread head-bolt pattern, 3/8' fasteners, 19 holes
- Machined with additional .070' material on deck face
- Valve centerlines moved apart .100' for additional valve clearanceand larger valves
- Valve angles are 11° x 4° intake, and 7° x 2° exhaust
- Exhaust port positions are slightly reoriented, but same bolt patternas standard SB2.2

Chevrolet Performance SB2.2 NASCAR Aluminum Cylinder Heads improve durability, simplify preparation, and lower the cost of building/maintaining a competitive small block race engine. "Mirror" intake ports are all angled toward the center of the engine, making these heads perfect for single 4-barrel applications. The spark plug holes were moved for greater combustion efficiency, and 48cc chambers can produce 12.1:1 compression with standard flat-top pistons.
