1900 - Demon Carburetion Street Demon Carburetors is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 16.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Demon Bought the street Demon 625, and installed it on my 79 Corvette, 350 edelbrock performer intake. Fits perfectly, no adjustments, just idle speed. Out performed a custom built $600.00 quadrajet. Big difference, the tip in is very very smooth, and when WOT comes on, the goggle secondary means business puts you back in your seat, the front end jumps up, the rear wheels break loose, the side pipes roar and growl, and your gone. You better get the Street Demon 625, if you want to keep up with me

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No tuning needed so far I bought this carburator a few weeks ago for my 1971 ford f 250 Whit a 352 fe with hp 390 heads and s code intake and performance cam. cranked the engine over several times hit the throttle and fired right up. Works amazing great throttle response engine sounds better no big or flat spot under like my old Edelbrock 1406 did. Driveability is amazing I picked up gas milage to. The only thing adjusted the idle speed. It would be nice to have more options for a throttle return spring tho.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Never had a Carb work so well right out of the box This thing worked flawlessly from the moment I put it on. My car starts instantly and runs great with no stumbles or hesitation when going to WOT

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Simple and easy Priced right for a proformance carb compared to other options. I needed a bit more tuning for my application so it wasn't quite right out of the box like others have mentioned. The only bad is the placement of the high idle adjustment on the choke. It's hard to get to and the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise very happy with the purchase

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Demon1900 I bought the StreetDemon about 2 weeks ago. I bought it to take care of stumbling in my new 4160. The StreetDemon solved all the issues with the 4160. It worked great and I like everything about it. However, my gas mileage went from 15gpm to 7mpg? Nothing else changed in the car. Working with Demon to figure-out what I can do to get a few more mpg.

Will this bolt right on to my 72’ c10 and work or will I need to purchase other parts to hook it up? Thanks.

    Asked by: C10chevy
This will fit on a stock Spreadbore or aftermarket squarebore intake manifold with no issues. It has a dual bolt pattern base plate.

Newbie question I have a 70s era TH400 transmission, bolted to a 1975 350 (5.7L) Chevrolet engine.  Will the kickdown cable work correctly with this carburetor, if so does Jegs carry what is needed to modify the linkage?

    Asked by: Max 1
It should work well for that application. we would recommend using this part number for the bracket - Part Number: 555-157060
