Outstanding Street Performance that Bolts On Right Out of the Box
Engines depend on carburetors to perform well under all conditions so any wrong adjustment can affect the entire engine. A quality, precisely-tuned carb should be able to handle daily driving while delivering excellent, reliable street performance. Edelbrock engineers design/tune carbs to provide the widest torque range, and Magneti Marelli Powertrain USA Inc. manufactures them. For unmatched street performance, add an Edelbrock Performer, Performer Air-Gap, Performer EPS, Performer RPM, RPM Air-Gap, or Torker II manifold & cam. Click here for a Carb Application Guide.

Features:
- 500, 600, or 750 cfm with electric or manual choke (Marine applications available)
- Lightweight all-aluminum, 2-piece bodies compatible with gasohol and blended fuels resist warping
- 2-piece design = no gaskets below fuel level = leak-free operation
- Uniquely "holds a tune" so, once tuned, carb stays tuned for consistent performance & calibration
- Simple tub-type bowls & rear-pivot floats for reliable, user-friendly, and lasting trouble-free operation
- Change jets, adjust floats, and replace needles/seats also without removing carb or draining fuel
- Factory set float levels so adjustments are rarely needed
- Smooth throttle response throughout the powerband
- Installation/troubleshooting DVD included
Metering rods are used to transition between circuits:
- They are unaffected by engine backfires, which means there are no power valves to blow out
- They can be changed quickly without removing the carb or draining fuel
