The Edelbrock 350-35823 intake kit will bolt to stock Vortec cylinder heads, however, it will not work with any factory '97 Silverado electronics.

Will this fuel injection system work with the fast burn 385 GM crate motor? Does the distributor have a melonized gear? Is there a specific cam that works best with this fuel injection system?

    Asked by: Robert
Edelbrock 350-35823 will work on the fast burn heads, yes the distributor should have a melonized gear. generally speaking a cam that has low overlap and decent vacuum production works the best with fuel injection
