    Am going to in a Mopar performance solid cam with these heads, .528 lift 284° duration. What springs and retainers would l need? Can you swap out included springs?

    You will need to purchase and swap out the springs that you will need for your camshaft. The heads are not customizable from the factory.

    Headers, do they fit with hooker super competion 1 7/8 ?

    Yes, these will work with the super competition header, the spark plug clearance may be tight.
