Rated 5 out of 5 by from True OEM quality I have a 1960 Corvette and had previously purchased a replacement cap from a “respected” restoration site. The radiator subsequently overflowed after running the engine even briefly. Unable to find anything wrong with the cooling system, I replaced the cap with this Gates cap from Jegs. Upon comparison, it’s apparent that the first cap was knock-off replica — NOT the OEM part as advertised. The fake cost over $50 — the real part — just over $12! Obviously I’m delighted with the purchase!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A solid radiator Cap, I bought the Gates brand, because I assumed it was made in USA. It's not, but that is no fault of the manufacturer or Jegs. All things considered, it's all in all a pretty solid cap and the pressure rating is accurate.
