The kingpin of the Tremec high performance line-up, the all-new T-56 Magnum takes the very best from TREMEC's current OEM technologies and pairs it with the most popular features of our all-business TKO 5-speed. Able to withstand a massive 700 lb-ft. of torque while providing unbelievably crisp shifts, no other manual transmission on the planet offers as much combined strength, versatility, and general ease of use as the T-56 Magnum. The Magnum is an aftermarket version of the same transmission found in many of today's most celebrated factory super cars-including the ZR1 Corvette and sinister ACR Viper. A world-class transmission in every respect, it's the best transmission on the market for those who will accept nothing less. Bellhousings not included.

    Features:
  • For GM or Ford
  • 31-Spline Output Shaft
  • Stronger Input Shaft
  • Can Withstand up to 700 ft-lbs of Torque
  • Increased Face Widths
  • Redesigned Shift Forks
  • 2-Piece Laser-Beam Welded Construction
  • Modified Transmission Case

  • Would this hook up to an LS3 to put in a C3 Corvette or 2 Gen or 3 Gen Camaro?

    Asked by: Spencer213
This can be connected to the LS series of engines, you would need to fabricate the mounts to use it.

What is the modification made to the transmission case? Is it bigger in anyway? If so how much bigger then a stock T56?

    Asked by: Eron
This will be similar in size to the T56, just a little wider in the middle of the transmission.

I have an AWD Trailblazer SS with an LS2. Would this work as a conversion to 5 speed for me? I don’t care about losing my AWD.

    Asked by: SaltyVet123
This can be made to bolt to the engine, everything else to make it work would have to be fabricated.
