Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Like A Charm Installed it on my 78 Nova. Looks good under the hood and was easy to install. Install it after the Proportioning Valve, as it will trigger the Break Light in the dash due to low line pressure.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Questionable quality Haven't used it yet but had more than one issue with the installation. First off the switch and light and very low quality. I stripped the screw out of the switch trying to slip the rubber band around my shifter. I removed the rubber band and put a bigger screw in it and will use a zip tie if I even decide to use it. The light is really old school looking. It won't go in my car. The line lock itself made me scratch my head. While figuring out where to put it, the selenoid came out of the bracket. There is no way to tighten it in and just uses friction to hold it. I ended up rotating the selenoid where I needed it and used shoe goo to glue them together making sure there was still slot of metal to metal contact because the bracket is finned like it may be a heat sink. Also the electrical connections need to touch the selenoid to activate it. Once it's mounted and plumbed it's no biggie since the brake lines help hold it in place. I ran the cheaper jegs line lock for years with success and wish I would have just gone with that one instead. Hopefully this one holds up.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaking Unit After installing this unit it leaked causing a mess due to brake fluid getting on painted surfaces. I ended up using a Hurst brand from another retailer. This within a week after receiving jegs brand lug nuts that had under sized tap threads and wouldn't screw onto my newly installed Wilwood disc brakes. Very disappointed with Jegs products.

Yes, this is a momentary line lock kit and is universal. Not recommended for anti lock brakes.
