JEGS 631427 Master Cylinder Adapter Plate for 1962-1974 Mopar A, B & E Body cars allow you to convert from a factory OE 4-stud mount master cylinder to a 2-stud mount master cylinder. We recommend our JEGS universal master cylinders 555-631405 or 555-631406
Includes:
- (1) Aluminum Adapter Plate: 4 in. x 3 in. x 3/8 in. Thick with Black Anodized Finish
- Master Cylinder mounting holes are 5/16 in.-18 thread and are on 3 3/16 in. (3.188) centers with a center bore of 1.520 in. I.D.
- (2) Studs: 1 1/2 in. long with 5/16 in. -18 x 5/8 in. L Thread at Adapter End & 5/16 -24 in. x 9/16 in. L Thread at Master Cylinder End
- (2) Nuts: Grade 2 Zinc 5/16 in. -24 1/2 with 1/2 Hex Head
- (2) SAE Flat Washers: Zinc 5/16 in.

Multi-Purpose Master Cylinders
JEGS Universal Master Cylinders are available with two-piston sizes for virtually any combination of drag racing, late model stock car, off-road, or street rod braking system.
Master cylinders feature an aluminum body, composite dual reservoir with boot, and 3/8 in.-24 rod in either a 1.031 in. piston (for drum/drum up to 2-piston front & 4-piston rear disc) or a 1.125 in. piston (for 2-piston front & 4-piston rear disc up to 4-piston front & 4-piston rear disc) system. Each master cylinder also features extra, through body holes, for side mounting.
JEGS Master Cylinders are available with 1/2 in.-20 male x -3 AN IFF brake line adapter fittings; or in a kit with a universal billet mounting bracket/spacer, brake line adapter fittings, and mounting hardware.
