Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works fine if you know its limitations! This works great on Nicopp, aluminum or steel. This is for a single AN 37 degree flare just as described. It will NOT work on Stainless - so dont try to use it on stainless.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from AN 37 degree flare tool This tool works great with 3/16 copper and nickel copper line and jegs -3 sleeves and tube nuts. Take your time, don’t over tighten the tool, use a a sharp cutter, and reamer.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Inexpensive Tool I'm using the tool for flaring aluminum, it's ok but it's cheap and you have to make sure the vise halves are lined up. If you're only doing a few flares from time to time this tool will work. If flaring is part of your everyday routine, spend the extra money and get a real pro tool.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheap Chinese Steel The tool did not last long the 37degree flare portion is too soft and burrs up badly.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money and time. Stay away from this tool, it wouldn’t securely clamp onto my lines. I had to purchase another tool to get the job done.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Worth The Money I bought this tool because I have 2 flares that need to be done on the car on Jegs 1/4" stainless tubing. The tubing just pushes out of the die. I tightened it until I saw spots and it still pushed out. It may work for copper or steel, but not stainless like advertised.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Save your money Used it to flare stainless steel brake lines. The cone got chewed up then just started pushing the line through the holder chewing up the line. Couldn’t even make my firat flare with the brand new tool. its cheap. I would only use it for aluminum. Save your money and buy something better
