Stud Mounted Valve Spring Compressor Tool

Make between-rounds valve spring changes quickly and easily with JEGS valve spring compressors.

Changing valve springs at the track or with the cylinder head on the bench just got easier. Install on 3/8" or 7/16" studs (with spring diameters ranging from 1" to 2") to compress high-load race valve springs. 12" handle and rubber non-slip grip. For use with heads still on the engine, we suggest Air Hold Adapter #555-80522.

    80521 is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 22.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tool, has nice feel. In the lock position it's firm and will not Accidentally release on its own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I'm very happy with how it worked and it made it user friendly with how you could move the handle in any position so you could avoid any obstacles to compress the spring. The only thing I didn't care for is that it wasn't made in the USA.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing tool to use with heads on. Extremely user friendly and its tough. I love the break over action and locks in position to use both hands with no sweat. Fits both size studs so its a win-win.
