JEGS 20-Ton Hydraulic Shop Press w/Air Operated Foot Pedal is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Needed a Heavy Duty Shop Floor Press I needed a heavy duty shop press for years now. Now that I have a place for one I purchased this model. It is constructed of heavy steel members. It arrived in a plywood crate. It did somehow loose some hardware in transit. I went to the local Ace and picked up what was needed to assemble it. I did not want a cheap press that would need to be reinforced. One of the boxes of accessory kits arrived open and missing parts. Jegs quickly replaced the kit. Please know that this is a 300 pound beast to move into place. The air control feature let's you use both hands as the press operates. It is very good quality for the price.

Is the 9 5/8" measurement given the inside distance between the bed rails? Could you then fit a 9 5/8" round shaft down through the bed?

    Asked by: Jason
The width of the opening for the the bed is 8 3/4th inches wide. A 9 5/8" shaft would not fit .
