A billet base plate is a solid upgrade over a die-cast one for strength and durability. This plate fits Holley 4150 style 850, 950 and 1050 CFM double pumper carburetors with mechanical secondaries, plus QFT and Proform main bodies, and comes with slabbed shafts, button Torx head throttle plate screws, an adjustable secondary air flow cam bracket, timed and full vacuum tubes, slip link secondary linkage and power valve blowout protection.
