Rated 2 out of 5 by from Well crafted, but was unusable. This manifold is properly welded, looks great, and did not leak while bench tested. But it ultimately just did not fit! Purchased for 99 Jeep Cherokee with the 4.0 L motor. Had a minor fitment issue with the intake manifold not seating on the alignment dowels (The #6 pipe on the exhaust manifold was slightly too high), but resolved this by expanding the rear hole for the exhaust flange by a 1/4 inch and lowered it's placement against the head slightly. Have read other comments with a similar issue, but did not want to trim or cut the intake manifold. However, once fitted and bolted down correctly, the down pipe of the exhaust collided with the oil pan.The fitment at the head was perfect, so the angle as constructed appears to be wrong. Could not flex the pipe away from the pan more than 1/8 inch, which caused audible popping sounds from the manifold itself. Even if the manifold was not popping under the strain, 1/8 inch is just not enough clearance for the pipe. Purchased an OEM style replacement at a local auto store to finish the job. Will be returning manifold to JEGS.
