DIS (Distributorless Ignition System) Ignition Coils have advanced bobbin technology, highly specialized silicone magnetic steel cores, optimized winding, and resistance & turns ratios that deliver 10%-15% more energy than OE ignition coil packs. Specialized high-temperature epoxy resists shock and vibration, while increasing thermal conductivity. These are direct plug replacements for OE coils. Their bodies and/or secondary towers are molded in Accel yellow, and they have brass secondary contacts (except direct fire coil-on-plug applications).
