The Aceon 7805-0120 is an ignition coil that steps the 12-volt supply up to the high voltage needed to fire the spark plug. A weak or failed coil typically shows up as a misfire code, a flashing check engine light, hesitation under load or rough running, and swapping in a new coil returns the ignition circuit to factory operation. This part is built to fit 1965-1968 Saab 96, 1968-1970 Opel Rallye, 1975-1980 Volkswagen Rabbit, 1976-1982 Volvo 264 & 1977-1980 Volkswagen Caribe with the 1.6L L4, 2.8L V6 & 0.8L L3 engines.
